TERMS OF USE OF THE PRINTINGHOUSE PLATFORM

General Provisions and Scope

1. Validity: These Terms and Conditions regulate the rules and conditions under which users utilize the personalized printing services offered through the “PrintingHouse” platform. Every order confirmation constitutes an electronic statement by which the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
2. Service Specifics: “PrintingHouse” provides the technical infrastructure for printing materials exclusively based on the ready-made design provided by the customer. The platform does not perform design services to create visuals unless otherwise agreed upon after a preliminary inquiry.
3. Copyrights and Customer Responsibility: The customer bears full financial and legal responsibility for the legitimacy of the content they provide for printing (texts, images, trademarks, logos). “PrintingHouse” is not liable for any claims by third parties regarding infringed copyrights or intellectual property rights related to the printed materials.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1. Customer Responsibility: The user is obliged to provide correct and up-to-date contact and delivery information, as well as print files that meet the platform’s technical requirements. The customer is responsible for any errors in the final product resulting from low-quality or incorrectly formatted files.
2. PrintingHouse Responsibility: The platform commits to executing the order according to the technical parameters set during submission and based on the provided working file. In case of issues with the provided file, a need for additional information, or a request for a specific custom production not offered directly on the website, the user should contact us using the provided coordinates.
3. Consultations: For questions related to file preparation or printing possibilities, our team is available for consultation via the listed contact phone numbers.

Order Process, Execution, and Delivery

1. Start of Execution: The production process of ordered items starts only after the cumulative fulfillment of two conditions: 1) explicit consent to these Terms and Conditions, and 2) confirmation of received payment.
2. Delivery Conditions: Delivery is carried out through the services of the courier company “Speedy” to an address or office chosen by the customer. Delivery times depend on the courier’s schedule.
3. Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel an order via a phone call solely within the business day it was registered, in order to halt the execution process. If you fail to notify us in time and the shipment has already been handed over to the courier, you assume an unconditional obligation to cover all transport costs for sending and returning the goods to us.
4. Complaint Procedure: Any claims regarding quality, shortages, or defects are accepted for review only in writing via our official email.
5. Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), goods made to individual orders and specific user projects are not subject to return or exchange, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged media, gross printing errors due to our fault). Technological variations in color rendering between the screen and the print are not classified as defects.

Pricing and Payment Method

1. Final Price: The total amount due from the customer is formed by the cost of manufacturing the personalized item and the cost of the “Speedy” courier service.
2. Payment Method: For transaction security and given the nature of custom manufacturing, all payments to “PrintingHouse” are made via My post.
3. Condition for Start: Files are sent into production after the due amount is effectively reflected in our bank account.
